- Pre-filled forms including complaints, pleadings, civil cover sheets, and summons
- Case assessment tools and eligibility questionnaires
- Step-by-step filing instructions
- Educational resources about mandamus actions and pro se representation

3. Eligibility and User Requirements
3.1 Age Requirement

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that:
- You are currently in the United States
- You are not currently detained or incarcerated
- You have the mental capacity to understand and agree to these Terms
- You are acting of your own free will without coercion

4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- File frivolous or bad faith lawsuits
- Harass, threaten, or abuse government officials or court personnel
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our document templates
- Use our Service to help others in exchange for compensation (unauthorized practice of law)
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Service Fees
Our service fees are:
- Standard Service: $199 USD
- Low-Income Discount: $99 USD (honor system - no verification required)
5.2 Additional Costs
Court filing fees (~$400) are separate and paid directly to the court. This fee may be waived if you qualify for in forma pauperis status (fee waiver).
5.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment must be completed before document delivery.
5.4 Refund Policy
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital documents, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once documents have been generated and delivered.
Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only if:
- There was a technical error preventing document generation
- You were charged twice for the same service (duplicate charge)
- Documents were not delivered within 24 hours of payment
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. We will not issue refunds based on:
- User error or incorrect information provided
- Court dismissal or unfavorable outcomes
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Decision to hire an attorney instead
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
6.1 No Legal Advice
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Nothing on this website or in our Service constitutes legal advice. We do not and cannot advise you on:

- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security or freedom from viruses
6.5 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($99 or $199)
- We are not responsible for immigration outcomes, deportation, denied applications, or any legal consequences
- We are not liable for court dismissals, sanctions, or adverse rulings
- We are not responsible for missed deadlines, procedural errors, or filing mistakes
6.6 Assumption of Risk
By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Pro se representation is challenging and most people are better served by hiring an attorney
- Courts may dismiss your case if documents are filed incorrectly
- You may face sanctions for filing frivolous lawsuits
- Filing a lawsuit does not guarantee USCIS action on your case
- Litigation may take months or years to resolve
7. Intellectual Property Rights

- Modify our templates and claim them as your own
- Create derivative works based on our service
